We at Kaliony.am are not liable for any damages that result from products such as chargers, atomizers, mechanical mods, batteries, or any other electronics that are used in conjunction with these products. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, Kaliony.am offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of batteries due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk. These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
E-Liquid & Nicotine Disclaimer: Please be aware that e-liquid products contain the following common ingredients, which may cause an allergic reaction to a small percentage of users: Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Nicotine, and Food/Beverage Flavorings. In order to avoid personal injury, do not purchase or use any product that contains any known ingredients that you may be sensitive to.
We recommend that you do intense research on each product before purchasing. Shipping and Handling
There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during high volume of orders, such as holiday seasons. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time and not guaranteed. Please view our Shipping & Handling for estimated delivery times.
Due to high volumes of packages that carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While carriers offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carriers are not the responsibility of Kaliony Vapors Hub and must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.
Risk of Loss
All of your purchases from www.Kaliony.am are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Term and Termination
When accessing this site or completing registration or shopping access, you are application to all of these terms and conditions. Kaliony.am may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason.
Return/Refund Policy
Here at Kaliony Vapors Hub, customer satisfaction is absolutely important to us. If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 3 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you. For safety and sanitary reasons, we will not accept the return of the following items: RBA, RDA, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips, e-liquid, disposables, and batteries. International Orders
All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, and VAT fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Kaliony Vapors Hub is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of Armenia, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.
Typographical Errors
In the event that Kaliony.am is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, typos or any information regarding to any product or any page, Kaliony.am reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kaliony.am reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kaliony.am shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaliony.am, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Pricing & Payment
Product prices do not include taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges. Tax and shipping charges will be added at checkout. The tax and shipping charges shown during the checkout process are an estimate and are subject to verification. Final charges will be reflected when your order is processed. Nothing contained in these terms should be construed in any way to waive or limit our rights to obtain payment for products purchased, including any applicable taxes for which the company pays.

Kaliony.am is not responsible for any damage of any modification to the batteries or charges in any shape or form. We are not responsible for the damage of any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries.
